Meet Jonathan Cook, Owner of Jonathan's Flooring
Jonathan Cook is the dedicated owner of Jonathan's Flooring, a premier remodeling and flooring company serving the Pensacola, FL area. Established in 2015, this locally and family-owned business has built a stellar reputation for delivering exceptional residential and commercial property improvements. Under Jonathan's leadership, the company brings over 25 years of combined team experience to every project. With an education and background as a general building contractor, Jonathan possesses the foundational knowledge and technical skills necessary to manage complex building and renovation projects from the ground up. Whether it is a cozy home update or a massive commercial overhaul, Jonathan is passionate about delivering quality craftsmanship to his community.
Specialized Expertise in Vinyl Plank Flooring
While Jonathan and his team provide a vast array of services—including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet installation—his specialized expertise lies in vinyl plank flooring. Vinyl plank offers a durable, waterproof, and visually stunning alternative to traditional materials, and Jonathan knows exactly how to maximize its potential in any space. His commitment to providing only the best for his clients is evident in the carefully curated products available in the company's showroom. Jonathan proudly partners with trusted, industry-leading brands like Southwind and Titan Surfaces, ensuring that every floor installed stands the test of time while elevating the property's aesthetic.
Current Work and Large-Scale Remodeling Services
Because of his education as a general building contractor, Jonathan's skills go far beyond standard flooring installations. His team routinely executes full-scale renovation and remodeling projects, including comprehensive bathroom remodels, kitchen renovations, exterior work, and home additions. Currently, Jonathan and his team are undertaking a massive project: they are currently remodeling a 300 room apartment building. This current work highlights Jonathan's capacity to oversee and successfully execute large-scale commercial contracts while maintaining the strict quality standards his clients expect. From the initial design consultation to the final finishing touches, Jonathan ensures that every phase of the renovation aligns perfectly with the client's budget and timeline.
Professional Associations and Award-Winning Service
Operating a business with absolute integrity and transparency is Jonathan's top priority. As the owner, he ensures that Jonathan's Flooring maintains strong community ties and adheres to the highest professional standards. The company holds proud associations with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well as the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). This dedication to excellence and exceptional customer service has not gone unnoticed. Under Jonathan's guidance, the business has been recognized as a Best of the Bay award winner for several consecutive years, solidifying its place as one of the most trusted property improvement contractors across Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Milton, and the surrounding areas.
Personal Interests: Exploring the Country
When he steps away from the showroom and the active job sites, Jonathan values the time he spends with his loved ones. A true explorer at heart, he and his family love to travel the country. Hitting the open road allows them to experience diverse cultures, take in breathtaking landscapes, and draw fresh architectural and design inspiration from different regions of the United States. This passion for travel not only recharges his batteries but also broadens his perspective on design trends and innovative building techniques, which he enthusiastically brings back to his clients in Florida.
